With Spring quickly approaching, you may find yourself hitting the gym a bit more often. Sounds like it’s time to upgrade your workout playlist!
It’s no secret that a killer music playlist is the key to maintaining your energy levels and motivation during a workout. In fact, scientific studies have shown that fast-paced music can improve your training. Whenever I feel like I’m in an exercise rut, I open Spotify and spend time exploring various genres and artists. Once I have new music queued up, it incentivizes me to get out and move to my new beats.
