Toat Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Hong Kong domestically and internationally (using FedEx or SF Express- more carriers coming soon). Please be aware that order processing on in stock items takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).

Your shipping cost will be provided during checkout after you select your preferred carrier, according to the address you provide.

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.  You will also be able to track your order in your Account, if you chose to open one. Delivery dates are estimates only. Please be aware that actual delivery dates may change due to customs and unforeseen circumstances. Toat does not take responsibility for any damage or delay in delivery. 

Should your country charge any taxes or duties, it is your sole responsibility to pay all fees applicable. We encourage you to read your local customs website before making any purchases. 

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Toat. 

*PLEASE NOTE: During peak seasons (holidays and sales) postal delivery services may be busier than usual and consequently may not be able to achieve the desired delivery date. We recommend that you place all orders as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays. Toat is not responsible should any delays of this nature occur. 

**Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel.
