Toat Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund within 30 days, by emailing email@example.com. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and not an item marked 'final sale'. You must also have your purchase receipt and it must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item please return your current item for a refund and make a new purchase.
Please email us if your item arrives damaged.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing the refund.
Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

The customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs when returning an item and using a responsible tracking shipping method is recommended. Toat is not responsible for any items that are not received due to shipping issues. If the item is not received, is not in the original condition, or gets damaged we reserve the right to reject your refund.
Please note: Original shipping and custom charges are non-refundable.
