The result is simply breathtaking and follows the shape of the eye perfectly, making us wonder why we haven’t thought of this before. We can only imagine how beautiful it looks when blinking, causing the wings to “flutter.”

Belle from Beauty and the Beast called and wants her eyeliner back! But really, how perfect would this eyeliner be for a Halloween Belle costume?
